1. Acceptance of terms

By joining the SENE waitlist or using SENE, you agree to these terms. SENE is a product of MindPrint Innovations Pvt. Ltd.

2. Waitlist

Joining the waitlist reserves you a place for early access. It does not create a financial account or obligation. We will notify you by email when access opens.

3. Nature of the service

SENE provides financial health insights, including a health score and approval probability estimates, based on data you choose to connect. These are informational estimates, not guarantees of loan approval or credit outcomes.

4. No lending or fund movement

SENE is not a lender and does not move, hold, or have custody of your money. Any financial accounts you connect are accessed read-only, through consented, revocable Account Aggregator connections.

5. Your responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for any actions taken under your account.

6. Rewards

SENE Coins earned through the rewards program have no cash value outside the SENE platform and may be adjusted, redeemed, or expired per program rules communicated at launch.

7. Limitation of liability

SENE is provided "as is". MindPrint Innovations Pvt. Ltd. is not liable for decisions made by third-party lenders or for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

8. Changes

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
