SENE ("we", "us") is a product of MindPrint Innovations Pvt. Ltd. This policy explains what information we collect when you join our waitlist or use SENE, and how we use, store and protect it.

2. Information we collect

When you join the waitlist, we collect your full name and email address. If you later connect financial accounts through SENE, we access only the data you explicitly consent to share, via RBI-licensed Account Aggregator rails.

3. How we use your information

We use your details to notify you about early access, product updates, and to generate the insights SENE provides (financial health score, approval probability, and improvement recommendations). We do not use your data to train third-party advertising models.

4. What we never do

• We never sell or rent your personal or financial data to third parties.
• We never move money or access your funds without your explicit action.
• We never store your banking credentials.

5. Data security

All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access to financial data is scoped, time-bound, and revocable at any time from within the app.

6. Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time by writing to hello@senemoney.in.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as SENE evolves. Material changes will be communicated to waitlist members by email.
